My child has never done cheerleading before, are they still ok to join?
We welcome everyone into our classes. Whether they have done years of dance, gymnastics or dance, or if they are brand new to the sport, we would love them to be a part of our club.
Which class/team will my child be invited into?
The competition event providers set the age guidelines and therefore we follow these with our classes. The age of the cheerleader on the 31st August, determines the class for the next academic year.
Does my child have to compete?
Competitions for Twisters, Storm, Thunder & Lightning are compulsory.
What do you wear for cheerleading?
We ask for sports clothing to be worn – t-shirt, vest, shorts, joggers, leggings and clean / indoor trainers.
