Established in 2008, York Hotshots is a welcoming and inclusive cheerleading club based in York, with four teams competing throughout the season.
Led by Anna Twose, a former gymnastics coach who also competed in freestyle dance as a youngster, alongside Katie Calvert, a former competitive aerobic gymnast who now coaches both gymnastics and cheerleading, the club brings a wealth of experience and passion to every session.
With the wonderful support of four additional coaches and assistant coaches, our athletes aged 4 to 22 train every Thursday at Burnholme Sports Centre, building confidence, teamwork and plenty of Hotshots spirit.
