As many of you are aware we are currently re-branding our uniform. The new club kit will be pink t-shirts for rainbows & twisters and either pink t-shirt or pink vest top for storm and lightning. Once a cheerleaders club membership is paid, they will receive a free top.
We will also have pink club zip up hoodies, however these are optional to purchase. An order and pricing list can be viewed here. If you wish to try on garments prior to ordering, this can be done on Wednesday 27th Jan.
Please see the table below for details of what each class will need to wear for training (this will come into effect after Feb half term) and competitions/events.
Hair should be tied up securely and all jewellery removed (including earrings). If earings can’t be removed due to being newly pierced they can be taped over for 6 weeks and then must be removed)
Suitable footwear should be worn i.e. trainers, dance shoes or pumps (black school type pumps). Slip on shoes and ballet pump style shoes are not safe and should not be worn.

To ensure consistency across the whole team the club will source white ankle socks (as cheaply as possible) and these will be available to purchase at the club ahead of any competition or event. The club will provide a bow attached to a hair bobble and these will be handed out and collected back in on the day of each competition / event.
Cheer shoes are compulsory in the Storm and Lightening classes for safety reasons. Cheer shoes are available at a wide range of online stores including amazon and cheerworld.co.uk and cost around £30/£35. All cheerleaders will require cheer shoes from Feb half term. Cheer dresses are also compulsory in these classes for competing and tey can also be worn for training.
